【摘要】  通过对心胸外科危重患者临床应用管道的观察及研究，系统阐述多种管道的综合护理方法，并分别从一般常用管道护理及专科特殊管道护理两大方面全面分析各种管道的具体护理措施及研究近况，以发现管道护理工作中较易忽视的细节，规范护理操作，减少并发症的发生，提高临床护理质量。

    ［Abstract］　　Through observation and research on clinical tubes of critical patients of cardiothoracic surgery, comprehensive nursing on various tubes was systematically described. Further more, fully analysis from two aspects of common tubes’ nursing and special tubes’ nursing, specific nursing measures and research development of every tube was done to find details apt to be neglected during tube nursing, standardize nursing operation, decrease the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
