【摘要】 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种以进行性痴呆为特征的神经退行性疾病，以严重的记忆减退和认知障碍为主要临床表现。目前有关AD的发病机制尚不甚明了。过度磷酸化的tau蛋白组成的神经原纤维缠结(NFT) 是AD的主要神经病理学特征之一。细胞周期蛋白依赖的蛋白激酶5 ( cyclindependent kinase 5，cdk5) 主要在神经系统中激活，是脑发育、神经定位、突触发生与传递的重要调节因子，参与了AD病人脑内tau蛋白的异常磷酸化，在AD的发病过程中可能发挥重要作用。本文简要介绍cdk5的结构及其分布部位，tau蛋白的结构与功能，对cdk5对微管相关蛋白tau磷酸化的关系进行了初步的探讨，为临床防治AD提供一些新的思路。

【Abstract】 Alzheimer's disease is a progressive disease characterized by neurodegenerative disease，with severe memory impairment and cognitive impairment as the main clinical manifestations. At present, about the pathogenesis of AD is not very clear. Hyperphosphorylation of tau protein composition of the original nerve fibers tangle（NFT） AD is the main feature of neuropathology. Cyclindependent protein kinase 5 (cyclindependent kinase 5, cdk5)was activated mainly in the nervous system. It is an important regalator for brain development, nerve location, and synaptic transmission. cdk5 participated abnormal tau protein phosphorylation in AD patients brains， may play an important role in the disease. This paper introduces the structure of the cdk5 and its distribution site, tau protein structure and function，and studies on relationship between cdk5 microtubuleassociated protein tau phosphorylation was made for the prevention and treatment of clinical AD.
