| 中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床研究 |

【摘要】 【目的】观察中药煎剂内服外洗对复发性尖锐湿疣临床复发的影响。【方法】采用半随机单盲法将１２８例患者分为２组，治疗组６５例在微波除疣治疗的基础上，同时给予口服薏苡仁甘草汤煎剂加自拟消疣汤煎剂外洗患处皮损，每天１次；对照组６３例给予单纯微波除疣治疗。两组均以１个月为１个疗程。观察两组治疗３个疗程内及随访６个月内临床复发情况。【结果】治疗１、２、３个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为３７例（５６９２％）、２５例（３８４６％）、１１例（１６９２％），对照组分别为５２例（８２５４％）、４７例（７４６０％）、３６例（５７１４％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。随访２、４、６个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为１２例（１８４６％）、１４例（２１５４％）、１５例（２３０８％），对照组分别为４１例（６５０８％）、４５例（７１４３％）、４６例（７３０２％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。【结论】中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣具有较好的近期和远期疗效。

Abstract： Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral use and external application of Chinese herbal decoction for the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum (RCA).MethodsOne hundred and twentyeight RCA patients were divided into two groups by half randomization and single blind method.The treatment group (N=65) received oral use of Yiyiren Gancao Decoction and washing the lesion with selfmade Xiaoyou Decoction once a day except the microwave radiation therapy.The control group (N=63) received microwave radiation therapy alone.One month constituted one treatment course.The recurrence of RCA in the two groups was investigated within 3 treatment courses and within 6 months of followup.Results In the treatment groups,there were 37 (5692%) recurrent patients during the 1st treatment course,25 (3846%) during the 2nd course,and 11 (1692%) during the 3rd course;in the control group,there were 52 (8254%) recurrent patients during the 1st treatment course,47 (7460%) during the 2nd course,and 36 (5714%) during the 3rd course.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜005).In the treatment group,there were 12 (1846%) recurrent patients within 2 months of followup,14 (2154%) within 4 months of followup,and 15 (2308%) within 6 months of followup;in the control group,there were 41 (6508%) recurrent patients within 2 months of followup,45 (7143%) within [1] [2] [3] 下一页 |
