【摘要】 ：［目的］ 观察理气健脾法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。［方法］ 根据入选标准录入慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者38例，随机分为治疗组（20例）和对照组（18例），治疗组选用理气健脾复方中药治疗，对照组选用美沙拉秦缓释颗粒剂治疗，观察两组间症状积分及肠镜前后对比的差异。［结果］ 治疗组症状积分的差值大于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）；肠镜下黏膜改善亦较对照组明显，但差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。［结论］ 理气健脾法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。

Abstract：［Objective］ To observe the effects of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen on the patients of chronic ulcerative colitis.［Methods］ 38 patients of chronic ulcerative colitis（UC）were randomized and divided into experiment group（20 patients）and control group（18 patients）according to the selected standard.The patients of experiment group were treated with complex prescription of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen，the patients of control group were treated with granules of Mesalazine.To observe the symptom of accumulated points and enteroscope appearance on two groups.［Results］ The difference on the symptom of accumulated points of experiment group exceeded the control group（P<0.01）.The enteroscope appearance of experiment group was more improved than the control group（P>0.05）.［Conclusion］ There is effect of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen on the patients of chronic UC.

溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种原因不明的炎症性肠道疾病，临床上以反复发作、迁延不愈的腹痛、腹泻、黏液或脓血便为特点。病程漫长，病情轻重不一，常反复发作。目前中医对UC的治疗显示了良好疗效，近年来，我们采用理气健脾法治疗UC肝郁脾虚型患者取得了显著疗效。
1 临床资料
本院2003年6月至2007年1月的门诊或住院患者中，凡有持续或反复发作的腹泻、黏液脓血便伴腹痛、里急后重等症状，符合下列条件者纳入：（1）符合慢性溃疡性结肠炎诊断标准者［1］，排除重度及有严重并发症；（2）无明显心脑血管及肝、肾、造血系统等疾病；（3）年龄在18～70岁之间。共纳入38例患者，随机分为2组。治疗组20例，失访1例，共纳入19例，其中男11例，女8例；年龄在22～68岁之间。对照组18例，共纳入18例，其中男10例，女8例；年龄在24～65岁之间。两组患者性别、年龄差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。
