摘 要:企业的信用政策是企业实施信用管理和防范信用风险的战略方针,通过分析企业信用政策的内涵以及评价方法,对以净现值法为主的传统信用政策评价方法进行分析研究,比较其优缺点。就如何构建完善的企业信用评价体系,除了已经提出的实物期权法外,针对目前企业面临的未来不确定性、信息不对称性等现实情况时,引入期权博弈方法,提出了一种评价企业信用政策的新思维。

Tentative research on the choice and evaluation of corporate credit policy

Abstract: Corporate credit policy is the strategic guiding line for enterprises to conduct credit management and prevent credit risks. This paper, through analyzing the connotation and evaluation methods of corporate credit policy, researches on the traditional NPV-based credit policy evaluation methods with comparisons of its advantages and disadvantages.
