气相色谱法测定鲅鱼脂肪酸的含量
中国论文联盟*编辑。 摘要:目的研究提取鲅鱼鱼油的条件和脂肪酸的组成及含量。方法用气相色谱法测定鲅鱼中脂肪酸的组成及含量。结果鲅鱼干重含油率高达54.8%。其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达51.4%。结论鲅鱼油中含有较高的不饱和脂肪酸,吃鲅鱼有利于人体健康。

  Abstract:Objective To study the extract conditions of fish oil from spanish mackerel and the components and contents of fatty acids in spanish mackerel oil. Methods The components and contents of fatty acids in spanish mackerel oil were determined by gas chromatography. Results The content of fish oil in spanish mackerel dry wEight was up to 54.8%.
