当前基础教育师生关系存在的问题及对策

　 摘 要： 当前基础教育中师生关系存在对立与冲突、疏远与冷漠、实用与功利等问题。因此迫切需要有针对性的采取改革教育评价体系、教师加强自身人格魅力、身体力行、关爱和尊重学生、廉洁从教等途径来解决这些问题，为素质教育的全面推进和学生全面发展创造良好的环境。
