abstract: development of knowledge economy and human resources demand make stability of business operating environment and predictability more and more weak with increasingly intense market competition and rapid progress of science and technology. therefore, as a new way of working, team quickly gets identify of business and is widely used at the global level by virtue of its internal cohesion to the wisdom and advantages quickly responding market changes.

随着团队在企业组织中的广泛运用,团队绩效的影响因素也随之成为团队研究领域备受关注的一大主题。lOCALhoST本文分析了近十年中外关于团队绩效的研究企业团队绩效具有重要的现实意义。
按照ghoshal等(1998)给出的关于社会资本的定义,社会资本是一种关系资源。bolino 等人提出社会资本是组织公民行为作用团队绩效的中间变量,认为组织公民行为通过影响社会资本的三个纬度作用团队绩效,但是,该项研究过多的关注组织公民行为对社会资本的影响,对社会资本与团队绩效间的关系研究却相对匮乏。张娜等人认为团队社会资本不同于个人、企业社会资本有其独特性,如多层次性、较难测度、积累和消失速度比较快等,并在分析团队内部社会资本、团队在组织内部的社会资本、团队在组织外部的社会资本对团队绩效影响的基础上 [11]hoegl m, parboteeah k p. team reflexivity in innovative projects[j].r&d management. 2006, 36(2):113- 125.
