Remarkable differences in machinery pain threshold and cfos expression were also existed between group A and B. Conclusions Appling HWAPI epidurally can significantly alleviate neuropathic pain of the regeneration nerve and promote its recovery.

虎纹镇痛肽I(huwena analgesic peptideI,HWAPI)是从珍稀毒蜘蛛虎纹捕鸟蛛粗毒中分离纯化的一种多肤类神经毒素,由33个氨基酸构成,是一种作用于突触前膜的N型钙离子通道阻断剂,无成瘾性,可阻断中枢的痛觉传导[12]。本实验通过观察硬膜外应用虎纹镇痛肽I对大鼠坐骨神经自体神经移植模型的机械刺激阈值和脊髓背角cfos表达的影响,探讨虎纹镇痛肽I对外周神经再生中神经性疼痛的影响。
1 材料与方法
1.1 分组及模型制备
雄性Wistar大鼠60只(解放军武汉总医院动物实验中心提供),体重180~200 g,随机分成A、B、C组。A组为坐骨神经自体神经移植模型组;B组为坐骨神经自体神经移植模型加虎纹镇痛肽I治疗组;C组为假手术组。所有大鼠均在标准条件下(标准温度、湿度、12 h明暗周期,可自由摄食摄水)饲养。首先对B组行硬膜外插管,切开大鼠颈后部皮肤,依次分离肌层,暴露出寰枕膜,用五号针挑开寰枕膜与第一颈椎之间的筋膜,但不挑破寰枕膜,然后将PE 上一页 [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] 下一页 |
