恶性黑色素瘤急性炎症复合动物模型的建立 |

【摘要】 目的 建立不同类型的恶性黑色素瘤-急性炎症复合模型,筛选出最佳方案。方法 将25只条件相同的小鼠随机分为创伤肿瘤组(A),持续扩创肿瘤组(B),创伤化脓菌肿瘤组(C),创伤冰乙酸肿瘤组(D),单纯肿瘤组(E),每组5只,先建立肿瘤模型,待肿瘤长到500 mm3建立急性炎症模型,观察炎症状况与肿瘤生长情况。结果 A组与E组小鼠肿瘤生长接近,B,C,D组肿瘤生长接近且慢于E组。结论 急性炎症期的持续是成功建立模型的重要前提。

Abstract: Objective Studying various types of malignant melanomaacute inflammation model in mouse to find the best manner. Methods 25 mice were divided into five groups by random.(Group A,B,C,D were experimental groups;Group E was control group).The mouse melanoma model was made with B16 cell suspending liquid. When the tumor’s volume was about 500 mm3, four kinds of acute inflammation models were built. The condition of wound and the growth of tumor were recorded.
