【摘要】 目的 探讨冷冻微创剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法 采用冷冻微创剥脱术对55例下肢静脉曲张患者进行手术治疗，观察患者术后的恢复情况。结果 使用冷冻微创剥脱术治疗的55例患者经随访6～23个月，均无局部复发。结论 冷冻微创剥脱术具有微创、安全、术后无复发等优点，是治疗下肢静脉曲张的理想方法。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of cryosurgical plus dot stripping on varicosed great saphenous veins surgery. Methods Totally 55 cases with varicosed great saphenous veins were performed with cryosurgical plus dot stripping. Results All cases were followed up 6～23 months showed no recurrence. Conclusion Cryosurgical plus dot stripping is the best therapeutics on varicosed great saphenous veins surgery.
