[摘要]：
本文分析了近年来我国文化系统中文化产业人才的发展状况，认为目前的文化产业从业人员发展状况有四多一少的特征：娱乐业从业人员多、经营性从业人员多、非公有制从业人员多、非文化部门从业人员多，而高级人才偏少。目前我国文化产业人才状况存在以下主要问题：复合型管理人才少，新兴行业专业人才少，内容创意型人才少，文化人才的区域发展不平衡及其实践培养不够等。本文从人才培养机制和文化体制两方面简要地分析了问题产生的原因；最后提出解决我国文化产业人才问题的基本对策。本文由中国论文联盟[4]覃萍（2006）.突破人才瓶颈：西部民族文化产业发展的关键.经济与社会发展，（10），102页.[Qin Ping（2006）.The key of development of western national culture industry is to break through the bottleneck of culture talents.
