| 伦理评价在企业决策中的应用方法研究 |

【摘要】为实现伦理决策,将决策伦理评价应用到企业决策中,可采用两种方式:独立型应用模式和综合评价模式。通过这两种方式,可实现伦理评价与经济评价的结合。通过探讨影响“企业的社会期望”的原因,从企业特征如国有性质与否、行业垄断性、产品特性等角度,来分析经济方面、伦理方面的权重选择,提出确定企业伦理目标和经济目标权重的分析方法。建立了一个简单的考虑决策伦理性和经济性的综合评价模型。

Application Method of Ethical Evaluation in Enterprises Decision-making
【Abstract】In order to achieve ethical decision-making, ethical decision-making evaluation applied to enterprises decision-making can make use of two forms: application-independent model and comprehensive evaluation model.
