摘 要:目前,我国知识女性相对集中于高等院校,成为维护学校稳定、推动学校发展的重要力量。但高校女性仍处于职业结构的低端。由此表现出的性别歧视有其产生的复杂原因。改变高校女性职业困境,需要社会大环境的不断改善和女性自身素质的不断提高。

Abstract: At present, intellectual women of our country mainly work in colleges and universities and have become an important power of maintaining school stability and promoting school development. However, they still occupy a rather low status of the professional structure, the discrimination against women shown in which has many complicated causes. To change the predicament of college women’s working involves constant improvement of the macro-social environment and quality of the women themselves.
