AbstractIn recent years, with the popularization and development of network technology, network has become college students' access to get information and an important channel for communication. It influences college students' life style, values, and physical and mental development. In this paper, through the status of the campus network, campus network culture building and management of the guiding ideology, basic principles and major tasks, discuss on strengthening the university's internet culture construction and management proposals.
