摘要：党的十七大着眼于建设社会主义核心价值体系、巩固马克思主义指导地位，明确提出了“开展中国特色社会主义理论体系宣传普及活动，推动当代中国马克思主义大众化”这一具有战略意义的伟大工程，简单的来讲，当代中国马克思主义大众化的实质就是是理性走进日常生活世界的一个过程，是自觉文化自在化的过程，更确切的说其实质就是生活化，是理论走进大众的日常生活中，内化为大众的东西，影响大众的思维方式、行为方式和生活方式。
