论文联盟*编辑。 摘要:以国内家电物流为背景,针对家电下乡政策环境下家电物流成本较高及家电物流供应链变革的需求,本文提出了物流价值链的思想,由第三方物流企业、家电企业与家电分销企业和客户共同构成物流价值链联盟,并将价值链管理方法导入家电物流活动中进行“价值创造活动”,使顾客从最终产品消费中得到物流价值链各环节中的各项活动所创造的价值的有机和,同时物流价值链上各个环节从创造物流价值这一终极层面,用统揽全局的思想来使物流效率和效果达到最优,形成多方共赢。 Abstract: In the background of logistics for the domestic home appliances under the policy environment for home appliances to the countryside, the logistics costs become higher and the logistics supply chain need changes.
