答：本人在完成每个单元学习后的写作中，我都会给学生提供三种不同层次的作文，让学生根据自己的兴趣和能力选择适合自己的开放题目。如：学习了关于“健康饮食”的单元后，低档作文是按照会考作文要求完成一篇短文：
1. How can we feel and look fine?  (develop healthy eating habit)
2. What is healthy food? Why?
3. What is good snacks?  Why?
4 . What else did you learn from this unit?(not to spend too much time in front of the TV and eat too much junk food)
学习吃力的学生可以很容易的在课文中找到答案。同时这种类型复合会考的要求。中档为Your friend Mary got a stomachache because she had too much ice-cream and fried chicken at supper.
