摘要：鲁南经济带是山东省总体区域发展战略布局中的重要经济板块，目前仍属于山东省经济欠发达区域。加快鲁南经济带开发建设，推进山东全省经济社会协调、持续、和谐发展，必须抓住机遇，迎接挑战，选准走好科学发展、错位发展、跨越发展的路子，努力在构建现代产业体系、推进工业化和城市化进程以及培植壮大文化旅游业等方面实现重大突破；必须强化以交通为重点的基础设施建设，大力发展科技教育和人才培养，搞好资源节约、环境保护和土地集约利用，提高区域发展的支撑和保障能力；必须进一步解放思想，更新观念，加快体制机制创新，充分发挥企业的主体地位和市场配置资源的基础性作用，增强内部活力；必须加大政策支持和政府推动力度，加快区域经济一体化进程，为鲁南经济带又好又快发展创造良好的环境。

Abstract:The Lunan economical belt is in the Shandong Province overall region developmental strategy layout important economical tectonic plate,at present still belonged to the Shandong Province economy to owe the developed region.Speeds up the Lunan economical belt development construction,advances the Shandong entire province economic society to coordinate,continually,the harmonious development,must hold the opportunity,the welcome challenge,votes for the science development,the dislocation development,the spanning development pathway,diligently in the construction modern industry system,the advancement industrialization and the urbanized advancement as well as aspects and so on cultivation strength culture tourism realizes the significant breakthrough;Must strengthen take the transportation as the key infrastructure construction,develops the technical education and the personnel training vigorously,does well resource conservation,the environmental protection and the land intensive use,enhances the region development the support and supporting capabilities;Must further emancipate the mind,the renewal idea,speeds up the system mechanism innovation,displays the enterprise fully the main body status and the market disposition resources foundational function,strengthens internal vigor;Must enlarge the policy support and the government impels dynamics,speeds up the region economic integration advancement,also is good for the Lunan economical belt develops the creation good environment quickly.
