我国未来法理学的发展方向

摘要：法理学的发展方向不仅会影响整个国家法治的发展前途，而且会使受法律约束的公民对法律产生不同的认识。法律的追求正义的目的只有在以法理学为中心的内在精神指导下才能达到事半功倍的效果。而法理学要想发挥其精神主导的作用，只有朝艺术化的方向发展，使法律能够像艺术一样具有感染力，使生活中因为有了法律而充满美与让人感动的东西。
　　Abstract: The jurisprudence development direction will not only affect the entire national government by law the career development, will cause the legal restraint citizen to produce to the law the different understanding. The legal pursue just goal only then in can achieve the twice the result with half the effort effect take the jurisprudence as under the central intrinsic mental guidance. But jurisprudence, if wants to display its spiritual leadership the function, only then develops toward art direction, enables the law to look like art to have the power equally, enabled in the life because to have the law to fill beautiful and the moving thing.
