| 商品住宅常见渗漏问题原因分析及对策 |

中国论文联盟*编辑。 【摘 要】 当前，居高不下的房价和日趋增长的物质文化水平需求，使人们对商品住宅的质量要求越来越高。但商品住宅在交付使用中反映出渗漏问题，影响住宅的部分功能和观感，成为反映和投诉较多的质量问题之一。文章从一个住宅小区交付五年来业主反映主要渗漏现象进行叙述，分析其产生的原因，提出预防和解决的方法。

【Abstract】 At present, high prices and rising material and cultural level of demand so that the quality of housing for goods have
become increasingly demanding. However, in the delivery of goods to reflect housing leakage, the residential part of the function and

described the phenomenon reflects the major leakage, analyze the causes, prevention and solution proposed.
