摘要应用型人才培养是当前高校教育改革的方向，汉语言文学学科也需要进行应用性转型的改革，并重新给予其学科定位和人才培养定位。从适应社会经济发展要求看，设置“高级文秘”和“企业文化传播”这样的应用型专业就成为其新的专业增长点。与之相应的课程体系建设和教学改革是汉语言文学学科应用性转型的保证。
