d Qingqinye group has no significant difference with model group (P>0.05). But according to the data, IL-8 in Qingqinye low dosage group was lower than model group, positive medicine group, Qingqinye high dosage group and Qingqinye middle dosage group. TNF-α in Qingqinye group was lower than model group and positive medicine group, especially in Qingqinye middle dosage group. Pathological section with articular cavity and surrounding tissues were better in positive medicine group and Qingqinye group. Conclusion Qingqinye has a certain effect for repairing joint immune pathological injury in hyperuricemia model rats.

高尿酸血症是嘌呤代谢障碍、尿酸钠生成增多或排泄减少而导致血尿酸增多的一种代谢性疾病。当血尿酸长期在超饱和浓度以上时,可沉淀成无定型尿酸钠微结晶。由于关节软骨、滑膜及关节周围软组织中血管较少,组织液pH较低,基质中含多糖及结缔组织较丰富,使尿酸容易沉着,引起炎症反应。近年免疫病理学研究表明,高尿酸血症出现急性关节软组织炎症时,白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6、IL-8、α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)表达增强,导致溶酶体、化学介质、毒性自由基等释放,引起组织病理损伤。青秦液是由青蒿、秦艽、秦皮等组成的纯中药制剂,为 上一页 [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] 下一页 |
