及企业自身的管理机制之间的相互关系,远比笔者设计的分析框架复杂。因此,如何准确地理解技术能力,如何合理选择度量指标,还是一个有待作者今后进一步深入研究的问题。
另外,虽然笔者对同技术能力相关的主要变量的“欠发达”特征作了大量的论证,但一些技术能力成长中的典型特征并没有在分析模型中得到很好的体现,比如,欠发达地区技术资源分布上的特定产业集中,技术要素集聚于大型国有企业的特点,需要通过大企业与中小企业在产业链上形成的技术环节进行实证分析,证明两者的产业关联是水平型的还是垂直型的,从而对大型企业同中小企业形成优势互补的产业链的可能性、具体途径做出正确判断。但受研究条件约束和研究重点限制,本文没有设计到这一类问题,这在某种程度上也影响了研究结论的深度,这也是有待笔者进一步深入研究的问题。
