e blood collection methods(To the left oblique line to the right into the needle enter the subcutaneous on the fourth and firth rib), femoral artery and venous blood sampling means(enter injector orientation to heart proximal femoral artery and venous in 1～3 mm) and tail end approach were used in 5 groups respectively.Compare their achievement ratio.Results The achievement ratio of posterior orbital venous plexus approach 100%（30/30），and 98.7％ (29／30)，98.7％(29／30)，76.7％(23/30)，100％（30/30）in the others respectively．Conclusion A large blood volume could be got by orbital venous plexus，which with less haemolysis and not hurt organs．Aeremia and stagnant blood could not happen in wrong work in arteriovenous femoris. Each approach owns advantage and flaws，the selective principle should be based on experiment．
