aline-vascular Castleman Disease of localized type according to clinical classification. Conclusion:It's difficult to make pre-operation diagnosis for Castleman Disease due to lack of specific clinical manifestations. Computed Tomography examination before operation is to certain degree helpful towards the diagnosis of Castleman Disease. Both histopathological and Lymph node biopsy are useful as well for early diagnosis. The optimal prognosis for Castleman Disease patients is related to timely histopathological examination and respective clinical classification.

Castleman病(CD)是临床少见的非典型淋巴结增生性疾病，病因不明，由于缺乏特征，临床表现多样，加之临床少见，故本病误诊、漏诊率较高，我们总结了北京肿瘤医院近半年来收治的2例病人并复习了有关文献，旨在加强对Castleman病的认识，提高对其病的诊治水平。
