o ideological and political course, backward teaching methods and unhealthy tendencies in construction of legal system are the most important factors which effect the legal education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it’s necessary to strengthen course construction, attach importance to the guiding position of socialist rule of law and increase input in education. In addition, teaching methods need to be improved according to the psychological characters of college students. That is to say, we should build up a harmoniously legal environment, enrich the content and expand the channels.
